All current SonicLab tools and services are provided free of charge. No payment is required to access or use our services, and therefore no refunds are applicable for free services.
3. Future Paid Services
Should we introduce paid services, subscriptions, or products in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
